Adaptable Recruitment Launches in the North West

The Accountable Recruitment family of businesses which includes Accountable Executive, Accountable HR and Accountable Practice has launched a new business Adaptable Recruitment. Head quartered out of the Accountable HQ, Adaptable Recruitment will offer Transactional, Office Support and Administration, Marketing and Business Development and other wider business roles.

Accountable Recruitment was founded 12 years ago by Managing Director Simon Massey and hosts the Finance Director of the Year Awards, the FD & Executive Club and HRD Club. Following a rebrand in 2020, relocation to a new headquarters in 2021 and then a period of organic growth created by market demand from clients, Adaptable Recruitment will formally launch in January 2023. Led by Simon Massey the Adaptable team will be recruiting new team members who will join Nichola Watson, Gareth Owens, Laura Purcell and Chloe Baker.

Emma Stoddart - Authentic leadership through trust & empathy
