Accountable Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing UK-based business looking to recruit a Management Accountant on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Finance Manager with month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Preparing and reviewing management accounts with commentary to support senior stakeholders.
• Analysing financial data to provide insights on business performance.
• Working closely with finance and non-finance teams to explain financial information in a clear way.
• Helping to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date, including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting external audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs) and ideally some SAP experience.
• Experience with month-end processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Confident working with data and explaining financial information to non-finance colleagues.
• A proactive mindset, with great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
