My client is a leading manufacturing organisation committed to innovation and excellence. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to support our Finance Director in driving key financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Forecasting: Assist the Finance Director in developing and maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure effective financial planning and management.
• Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, analyse, and monitor budgets, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Commercial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance profitability.
• Business Partnering: Work closely with various departments, providing financial guidance and support to drive business objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering clear and actionable insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
