Part Time Bookkeeper/ Accountant - Stand Alone role / location - Anfield - Parking on site / Up to £35,000 / / Part time 4 days a week or 5 shorter days.

Accountable Recruitment are wishing to speak to Candidates who are looking for Finance Manager role within an SME Business in based Anfield.

This role is supporting with all aspects of finance for this business, reporting directly to the MD. There is an Admin assistant to support with the transactional element.

Package: up to £36,000 (9-5pm - 37.5 hours some flex on hours) 23days holiday +BHs - Part time option available if required

Location: Liverpool, Anfield- Parking on Site - Office Based role

Job Duties:

• Produce monthly management account for companies within the group - Smaller business total under 5 million t/o.
• Produce management reports to provide insightful analysis
• Develop reporting system, provide automated reports and financial models
• Monthly payroll for all employees
• support with purchase ledger and sales ledger - Admin assistant covers these.
• Liaise with external accountants for year-end reporting
• Involved with compliance for GDPR

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Sage 50
• Must be able to work independently and to deadlines
• Must be very organised and work with a high level of accuracy
• Must have excellent communication skills

Who will I report in to?

This role will report into the MD

When will interviews be taking place?

Ideal experience?

• Good Communication skills to speaking to the wider team
• Strong IT skills
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
