Accountable Executive is recruiting for a high calibre Finance Director for one of our key clients within Cheshire. This board level and newly created position will enable the Finance Director to become a key voice within the business in regards to finance, strategy and commercial performance.
As Finance Director you will be responsible for :

• Overall financial oversight of the organisation.

• To enhance management information and financial reporting to enable more informed decision making.

• Implement and manage a continuous improvement process to help drive both financial and commercial decision making.

• Balance sheet and cashflow management.

• Preparing bank compliance/covenant reporting and be point of contact for all external professional service relationships.

• Monthly and quarterly reporting to include VAT preparations & submissions, bank reconciliations, supplier invoicing and rental incoming processing.

• Oversee supplier contract performance ensuring value and efficiency is achieved across the organisation.

• Overseeing the IT/Systems strategy, reviewing opportunities, risks and areas to improve

To succeed in this role you will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)

• Experience of working within a challenging multi-faceted business.

• Experience of working within a property related industry is preferrable but not essential.

• Possess strong IT/Software skills and the ability to maximise the use of data.

• Highly organised with good task prioritisation skills alongside a strong attention to detail.

Remuneration

• £75K-95K plus benefits including discretionary bonus scheme
