Accountable Recruitment have partnered with a Manufacturing based client in Stoke for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a 12 Months FTC basis.

Key duties:

• Assisting in month end accounts preparation:
  • Closing and reconciling ledgers
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Stock movements
  • Accruals, prepayments, GRNI
  • Rebates and Commissions
  • Currency adjustments
  • Posting journals (petty cash, pensions, bike to work)
  • Sales trends
  • Fixed Assets
  • Wages accruals
• Board pack graphs and tables
• Petty cash management and month end reconciliation
• Credit control
• Payment run preparation and processing each week
• Managing drawdowns
• Purchase and sales invoice processing
• Daily bank reconciliation & banking cheques
• Daily cashflow management
• Credit card and other expenses.
