Accountable recruitment are supporting a large company based in St Asaph as they recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a Temp to Perm basis. The client have strong presence amongst their industry and are going from strength to strength with multiple ongoing projects.

As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for start to end Accounts Payable Processes, and you for building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the purchase ledger processes can run smoothly.

Key Duties;

  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and transactions
  • Match invoices to Purchase orders
  • Accurate processing of sub-contractor invoices in line with the CIS process
  • Effective communication with suppliers, internal departments and other stakeholders to resolve any invoicing discrepancies
  • Respond to queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Complete supplier statement reconciliations
  • Review and process employee expenses

Experience required;

  • Previous experience is required
  • Adapts well to systems
  • Works well in a fast paced / high volume role
