Nantwich (Hybrid - 2 days office)

Our client is a High-Growth, SME Manufacturing Business who have a newly created position for a Finance Business Partner.
This business is a fast-scaling business who is looking for a talented finance business partner to help them grow.
As finance business partner, you will be responsible for ensuring that the business financial are in order and that they are making sound financial decisions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, as they enter into the next phase of its growth and evolution, to develop financial strategies that support the business objectives. You will also play a major role in driving change, streamlining processes, and improving efficiency's across the organisation. Making decisions and to develop strategies for the long-term growth and development of the business that ensure stability and profitability.

As Finance Business Partner, your role will involve:
- Analysing and presenting financial information to help the business to continue to grow profitably.
- Delivering financial rigor across the business, to review and develop financial management procedures to ensure that.
- Preparing, analysing and reporting on management accounting information, to provide managers with timely, accurate and relevant information.
- Designing and preparing monthly management accounts, annual accounts, and other financial reports such as budgets and KPIs.
- Presenting reports to senior management providing commentary and variance analysis
- Developing financial systems and procedures and identifying opportunities to improve these.
- Controlling income and expenditure within the business and ensuring that expenditure is in line with budget.
- Preparing necessary filings such as VAT returns, Corporation Tax, Companies House filings
- Communicating with all stakeholders within the organisation and being able to present financial information to non - finance members of staff.
Required Skills and Experience
- Must be a qualified accountant
- Must have a strong background in Accounting and Financial Management
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a highly autonomous role whereby your personal energy and drive will be key to success.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and be able to bring strategic recommendations in relation to business and finance risk.
- Advanced proficiency with accounting and CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
