Salary £50,000 - £60,000

Accountable Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join our client who are an established and growing organisation based in Southport.

Reporting directly into an impressive and supportive Finance Director, we are looking for an experienced and hands on Management accountant/ Finance Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be joining a close knit and growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial aspects including the preparation of full management accounts pack, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Provide financial analysis and insights to the management team to support decision-making
• Manage and mentor one direct report
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice
• Finance Business Partnering with business units to support, challenge and influence, driving value and improving profitability.

Requirements:

• Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA
• Previous experience working within a hands on role preparing management accounts and business partnering with business units to drive profitability
• Commercial, analytical skills
• Ambitious, highly-motivated
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the business
