FP&A Manager / Blackpool - flexible hybrid working / Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Full time role with flexible working hours including a hybrid working pattern (2 days a week WFH), 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing by an additional day per year up to a maximum of 30 days) plus a bonus scheme and more!
We are currently working with a dynamic and collaborative global organisation based in Blackpool. Our PE backed client are seeking an experienced and ambitious FP&A Manager to join their expanding team! In this role you will contribute to the development and execution of the strategic business plans, driving value and business growth!
This is a great opportunity for you to be supported and developed by an experienced Finance Director, whilst also providing you with regular senior level exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for line managing, supporting and mentoring one part-qualified FP&A Analyst in this role
- Your role will be broad and hands on, you will work closely with non-financial stakeholders across the business unit areas to analyse and monitor key performance indicators and metrics, including sales reporting, payment, and supply chain targets
- You will have a good understanding of the business unit areas and be able to highlight areas of attention and variances
- You will prepare recommendations for management and stakeholders based on financial analysis and forecasting
- Using your strong IT skills, you will be able to develop financial dashboards to monitor business performance
- With your experience you will be able develop financial models and provide insights to drive both short-term and long-term planning
- Working closely with the Finance Director you will contribute to the annual budgeting process and support with Group reporting requirements
Experience/Skills:
- Qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA
- Proven experience working in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering role, preferably in a fast-moving group
- Able to analyse data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Highly motivated, looking for an opportunity to own projects and have an impact in this role
- Strong IT knowledge with advanced Excel skills, Power BI and SQL
