Cruise Sales Executive - £23,000 - Plus bonus scheme - Permanent basis - Chester

Accountable Recruitment are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a background in selling cruise holidays.

Ideally, they are looking for a candidate with extensive cruise travel knowledge who has working in a fast-paced environment and is used to achieving/exceeding sales targets.

Package:

Salary - £23,000
Fully office based or Remote working option
7 day shift pattern (shifts working up to 10pm)
Holidays - 20 days (increasing every year up to 25 days) plus bank holidays

Location: Chester (free parking on site)

Job Duties:

  • Process customer payments securely and accurately
  • Operate a variety of supplier websites/systems to confirm different sectors of the booking
  • Load details of the holiday accurately into our back-office system
  • Achieve and exceed targets
  • Ensure all information obtained, inputted, and verified is accurate at all times
  • Offer a great level of customer service in order to increase repeat business

When will interviews be taking place:

Interviews will be happening as soon as possible

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in selling cruise holidays
  • Experience in packaging multiple products together
  • Experience in GDS (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledgeable using cruise and other supplier websites and booking systems
  • The ability to self - motivate, be proactive and enthusiastic to help exceed targets
