Accountable Recruitment are working exclusively with a construction organisation based in Runcorn for a Temporary Year End Accountant. This role will involve working with the Financial Controller to assist with the year end financials.

Key day to day duties will include:

- Year End, Audit & Statutory Accounts Preparation:
- Assisting with Drafting statutory accounts
- Journal entries
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Profit and loss review
- Liaise with external audit team during the year end audit
- Ensuring all audit requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Complete tax computations and annual corporate tax returns
- Maintaining the fixed asset register, including monthly depreciation posting
- Analysis to support VAT return entries
