Accountable Recruitment are looking for an Office Administrator to join a busy team within a successful organisation based in Liverpool City Centre.

Salary: £21,000

Hours: 8am - 4pm

Day to day duties will include:

  • To be a point of contact for insurers, employers, solicitors and treatment providers, providing relevant advice and assistance.
  • To process referrals, reports, data and other information involved in a case in accordance with agreed best practice and procedures.
  • To use a range of software applications (Word/Excel/ Outlook) to record work and liaise with referral companies and other involved parties.
  • To raise invoices in accordance with the file and agreed process.
  • Ensure all post is scanned and assigned to the correct cases and teams.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to think outside the box and make decisions
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
