At Accountable Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a market leading company in the Liverpool area.


Reporting To: CEO


** Salary: £25,000-£35,000 Depending on experience **
** Hours: 37.5 hours // Full-time // Permanent **


Position Description:


In your role as Personal Assistant, you will provide daily support to the CEO in order to assist in carrying out duties efficiently. This will include organising meetings, arranging travel and assisting with reporting and presentations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and schedule meetings taking fully responsibility for diary management.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform basic research where required and take minutes during meetings.
  • Organise travel arrangements including trains, flights and hotels
  • Liaise with Board members & Senior Management to arrange meetings and agendas
  • Liaise with clients and business guests
  • Maintain electronic filing system
  • Manage simple internal projects and follow-up with team members
  • Liaise with other team members on-behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Manage expense claims


Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Confident and ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
  • Experience of working in a similar role and being privy to confidential information
  • Comfortable with a growing company and fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines whilst attention to detail is paramount
