Accountable Recruitment are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly successful organisation based in Liverpool.

Hours: 9am - 5pm on average, 12pm - 8pm each Thursday (Occasional Saturday on a rota basis)
Salary: Up to £25,000

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Be the main point of contact for our customers
  • Co-ordinate maintenance for your portfolio
  • Assist with the process and collection of any tenant arrears
  • Conduct weekly and monthly compliance reports (in person and or via our cleaners)
  • Organise any new compliance certificates needed
  • Organising and conducting of property inspections
  • Processing of inspections, carrying out maintenance quality checks and site surveys


The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' working knowledge in a property management role
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for property
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
