Accountable Recruitment are working with a reputable organisation based in Liverpool for a permanent Payroll & Pensions Manager

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Duties to include;

  • Ensure the effective processing of pay and benefits and oversee the production,reconciliation and closure of the monthly payroll.
  • Ensure the prompt monthly payment of employee wages via BACS of over 2500 staff
  • Manage the effective processing of pensions for organisation
  • To Lead and develop the payroll and pensions team including annual appraisals, 1-1's and relevant training
  • Dealing with day to day service quality and overall prioritisation of issues for the Payroll and Pensions team.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Strong evidence of having driven process improvement in payroll and pensions departments
  • CIPP Qualification desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience of using systems such as Oracle
