JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Start to end maintenance of the Purchase Ledger function
  • Dealing with correspondence received in Finance, compliantly, ensuring that the correspondence appropriately distributed
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders where applicable, checking details and VAT rate and posting as a matching order
  • Actively chase debit balances
  • Dealing with suppliers queries, telephone and e-mail

Competencies:

  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Intermediate Excel experience
