An exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join an amazing People Team reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture. My client is a forward thinking, progressive business who are passionate about their people!
The successful applicant will be an ambassador for candidates ensuring that the business offers an exceptional candidate experience. Working with key stakeholders both internally and externally you will drive the people plan forward ensuring the attraction of the top talent!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source high calibre candidates utilising innovative recruitment techniques.
  • Buddy with key with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure our processes and practices are fit for purpose.
  • Produce monthly recruitment data reports.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through media channels
  • Work together with the wider People team and Marketing team to create inclusive and engaging content for our Careers page
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders to build a pipeline of great talent.


Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience of sourcing tools and social media.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A people person, with a supportive and cooperative attitude
  • Be able to demonstrate on your experience of handling high priority and challenging requirements
  • Be passionate about Diversity and Inclusion
