At Accountable Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join a fast growing business in the Speke area

** Salary £20,000 to £30,000 depending on experience **
** 8.30 to 5.00 working hours **
** 25 + bank holidays **

Main responsibilities to include:

  • Schedule meetings, manage and maintain calendars
  • Attending trade shows when required
  • Some outbound sales calls (sales support)
  • Dealing with customers
  • Drafting good quality emails
  • Take meeting notes
  • Updating contacts on CRM systems
  • Social media posting
  • Sales order processing

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • MS office/ word excel / power point skills
  • Awareness of confidentiality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
