  • A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established business that are going through an exciting period of change within the HR function, including the implementation of new systems.
    Provide first line support to colleagues and managers on all areas of the employee lifecycle including:
  • Payroll
  • Recruitment
  • On-boarding
  • Performance management
  • Learning and development
  • System administration
  • Advising on people policy and processes

  • You will also be responsible in driving the adoption to self- service tools providing guidance to enable mangers to self-serve, increasing service capability through coaching and guidance to service users.
    Process transactions and produce accurate and timely documentation (letters, references, contracts, learning material etc.) across the employee life cycle within agreed service levels and performance standards.
    Ideally the successful candidate will:
  • record of providing transactional HR support within a diverse organization
  • Experience of working in a shared service or telephone-based operation
  • Customer first ethos
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload delivering to service level agreements.
  • Experience of working with HR systems and Microsoft packages
