Senior Accounts Assistant

Chester

Salary - £25,000 - £28,000

Accountable Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Assistant to join a fantastic company.

The successful candidate will be able to offer suitable, similar, and recent experience and be supportive and confident in leading a team, as well as providing active involvement with process and procedures improvement.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Credit control (Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger)
  • Liaise with third party providers, customers and suppliers
  • Multiple Daily Bank Recs and cashflow update Including Factoring and credit cards
  • Reconcile Shopify / Stripe accounts
  • Month End Recs

Competencies:

  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Sage Line 50 experience
  • Intermediate Excel experience
