Accountable Recruitment are working with an organisation in the healthcare sector based in Liverpool City Centre for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis


Salary up to £26,000 + Bonus Scheme
Hybrid working pattern - 3 days in office and 2 at home


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Day to day responsibilities for the credit control function
  • Chasing outstanding debt by contacting customers by telephone, letter etc
  • Build strong rapport with customers and ensure excellent customer service is given
  • Prioritising where debts are overdue
  • Log disputes and queries relating to invoices and debit notes



The successful candidate will have:

  • 12 months experience working within a credit control and/or sales ledger environment
  • Decision making and problem solving ability
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced excel skills
