Key duties:

  • Start to end maintenance of the Purchase Ledger function
  • Processing invoices and checking details
  • Maintaining the ERP system and using Excel to file data
  • Dealing with queries professionally and rapidly
  • Assisting the finance team with ad-hoc duties as and when required

The successful candidate:

  • Experience in an Accounts Payable environment
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude to resolving issues
  • Able to remain calm and focussed under pressure in challenging situations
  • Ability to prioritise workload to ensure key deadlines are met
