Project lead

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established business that are going through an exciting period of change within the HR function, including the implementation of new systems.

The successful applicant will support the mobilisation of technical HR change activities, including TUPE from a system and operational perspective. You will take project lead on the technical system requirements, data analysis, testing and the transition of systems data and process for the effective running and payment of colleagues.

Working closely with People Services design and delivery teams in the planning and delivery of the effective transition of project activity to the operational areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Take lead on the effective mobilisation of change projects from both a data and governance perspective.
  • Ensure the HR system and data requirements are clearly ruled out and data is transitioned to enable the effective payment of terms and conditions
  • Develop the implementation of data management frameworks to transition, process and effectively deliver the People services change activities.
  • Take lead on the overall design, requirements and feasibility of all system & data transfers, safeguarding our people data and the system integrity within the HR & Payroll solution.
  • Ensure the delivery of People Services Teams prior to the mobilisation of any new change activity.
  • Collaboratively work with the PS delivery team to ensure the quality of people data, carrying out quality assurance activity including data audits, identifying and addressing data quality issues to ensure data integrity standards are identified and adhered to effectively.
  • Work closely with the People Services team to ensure effective delivery and mobilisation of change activities.

Skills Required:

  • Experienced in successfully managing and operationalising change projects from design to delivery, from a system and data perspective
  • Ability to successfully lead, manage and motivate others in a project environment, delivering successful outcomes.
  • Experienced in analysing and mapping large data sets
  • Experience of successfully providing HR project and mobilisation support within a large complex organisation.
  • Competent in HRMS databases and systems including HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Learning and Development systems with strong Microsoft Office skills.
