Finance Assistant

Accountable recruitment are delighted to be suporting a fast growing company in their search for an Account Assistant due to internal growth. This role offers hybrid working if preferred.

Key duties:

  • Aged debt management
  • Assisting with month end processes
  • Sales and purchase ledger functions
  • Using ERP systen to raise purchase and sales invoices
  • Statement and bank reconciliations
  • Posting and raising purchase and sales invoices on the ERP system

The successful candidate will be:

  • Strong communication skills as liaising with internal and external stakeholders is key!
  • Ability to show initiative and manage own workload with minimal supervision
  • Good excel skills and adaptable to learning new systems
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as SAP or Sage
  • Supportive of other team members and provide assostance and guidance where possible
