Accountbale recruitment are supporting a renowned Wirral based client in their search for a Payroll officer. This role sits within the HR team and the successful candidate will really take ownership of the Payroll function.
Location: Wirral
Salary: Up to £30,000
Day to day duties will include:
- Processing of start to end payroll for the whole company up to HRMC submission
- Accurately submitting P11Ds/SSP/SMP forms along with new starter details
- Investigating and responding to queries timely and professionally
- Managing the function ; looking where to implement improvements - managing workload - keeping Sage Payroll system up to date.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Similar experience in a fast paced role
- Proactive, can-do attitude
