Accountable recruitment are looking for a Processing team leader to join an ever-growing organisation based in Liverpool city centre.
This role will help ensure that correct and authorised payments are issued to on a timely basis and that the Company's finance processes and policies are adhered to.

Salary: £26,000-£30,000
Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly 121's
  • Conducting Quarterly Performance Reviews
  • Responsible for ensuring the workflow process is clear and effective
  • Oversee the weekly site reconciliation process and escalate where necessary
  • Review on a weekly basis stock variance, reporting on any discrepancies to ensure these are escalated to finance and operational management
  • Oversee the processing of centralised travel booking requests ensuring these are processed in a timely and cost-effective manner including first review and approval of associated invoices.
  • To maintain stock ordering system and process orders to effectively
  • Have oversight of all weekly operational site reconciliations of all locally held finance stock, including period-end reconciliations of balance sheet positions.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in Managing a Team
  • Worked in a high volume, changing finance environment, and driving through change
  • Exposure to devising, developing and documenting financial processes
  • Good Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
