Legal Administrator
Location - Liverpool City Centre
Salary - £18-22k
Full Time - Permanent

Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established law office in their search for an enthusiastic office administrator.

Working alongside an established team the ideal candidate will be driven, pro-active and adaptable with a keen eye for detail.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • General admin for directors and other managers when required.
  • Answering incoming calls as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Sitting in meetings to take minutes and collating the details, responsibility of tasks and monitoring these through to completion.
  • Managing director diaries for internal and external meetings.
  • Booking and arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Monitoring emails on a daily basis.



Key Skills we are looking for

  • At least two years experience in a similar admin or office support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task efficiently and pro-active.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Word and Excel.
  • A great communicator, professional and someone who can be discreet and confidential at all times.
  • Very fast speed writing or experienced in short hand.
  • Working on own initiative with minimal supervision.
