Accountable Recruitment are supporting a company in the heart of Liverpool City Centre with their search for a Standalone Payroll Officer. You will sit within the friendly HR team and be solely responsible for the entire function. It's a role you can really get stuck into and grow with.

Role : Standalone payroll officer

Location : Liverpool, walking distance from Moorfields

Salary : £25,000 - £29,000

Key duties of the role :

• Checking, collating and processing timesheets
• Start to end monthly payroll for 2 companies
• Use of Sage Payroll on a daily basis
• Dealing with queries and complications professionally and in a timely manner
• Calculation of sick pay / maternity pay / holiday pay
• Data inputting and manual calculations

The right candidate :

• Use of Sage desirable
• Previous payroll experience and legislation knowledge essential
• Will work well in a vibrant team / office environment
