At Accountable Recruitment we have a great opportunity for an outstanding Lettings Assistant for a rapidly expanding property management team in the Liverpool area.
Normal working hours: Typically 5 days per week = Weekdays 9-5 some Saturdays on a rota basis (not expected to be more than 1 in 2-3). This would the entail a week 1 day rest day.
Salary: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 // Full time // Permanent //
You must be to be self-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is hard working, outgoing, a good communicator and, above all - passionate about property!

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Work under the Accommodation Manager on marketing of properties
  • Respond to inbound enquiries
  • Ensure tenants have paid deposits and signed tenancy agreements
  • Manage and update the office systems including databases, spreadsheets, emails and files
  • Liaise with Facilities to ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly
  • Assist with check-in and check-outs
  • Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Office Manager
  • Assist in allocations and tenancy generation
  • Assist with viewings
