Accountable Recruitment are currently looking for a Receptionist to join a fast-paced law firm based in Liverpool City Centre.
Salary: Up to £21,000
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Fully office based.
The day-to-day duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients entering the office
- Taking phone calls and messages
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Arranging and preparing meeting rooms
- Providing overflow relief to Legal Secretaries including typing requirements i.e. letters, memorandums, forms, documents, statements, other accounts and change of data if required.
- Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence via audio dictation
- Providing a high-quality service to clients, catering for all their needs whilst maintaining rapport and building strong working relationships.
- Diary management, updating records and preparing any other administrative function as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Administrative role experience
- Able to work under pressure
- IT proficient
- Organisational skills
- Able to work well within a team
