This role seeks an individual with customer service experience/credit control background to develop their knowledge and skillset further.

Salary: £21,000

Hours: 9-5

Day to day duties include:

- Tracking credit information on systems and portals
- Overseeing and chasing debts owed by telephone, letter and email
- Relationship maintaining and reconciliations with bank
- Reviewing customer usage and limits
- Producing Aged Debt reports
- Managing invoices and solving queries

Must have skills for this role:

- Similar experience in a Customer service/Finance role
- Proficent on Excel
- Good team player
- Confident communicator
