Salary £22,500 - £24,000 depending on experience // Permanent // Full time 37.5 hours //

The company is seeking to introduce enthusiastic and energetic team members to its Administration Team to support its operation and administration. Working in a thriving & busy environment,

Duties / responsibilities

  • Produce and compile production paperwork in line with production schedule
  • Product and compile customer specific packing information
  • Dealing with customer service calls
  • Liasing with our production & despatch team regarding customer deliveries


Qualities / Skills Required

  • Confidence to deal with queries with other departments
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Communication and team / relationship-building skills
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Problem-solving approach to work
  • Reliability and integrity
  • Ability to work under own Initiative
  • Positive 'can do attitude'
  • IT skills - Excel, Outlook, Word
