I am currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join my clients team on a temporary basis. If you are a Purchase Ledger Clerk with experience, this position is ideal for you!
Duties Include:

  • Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
  • Preparation of payment proposals
  • Making payments via BACS
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Supporting wider finance team internally
  • Admin/ad hoc duties


The ideal candidate:

  • Prior experience in purchase ledger based roles
  • Experience of different accounting systems such as Dynamics or Workday
  • Competent Microsoft user, particularly excel
  • Team player
  • Ability to work towards deadlines


Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm (flexible)
Salary - up to £24,000
