Accountable Recruitment are working with an organisation located in Prescot for a HR Advisor to join their expanding team.

Reporting into the HR director you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources for a particular part of the group.
Job Description

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of HR including best practice for policies and procedures
  • Case management from start to finish
  • Support and train managers with complex employee relation cases
  • Assist with the development of a new performance management initiatives
  • Support, develop and implement HR initiatives and systems
  • Deliver training and development for Managers
  • Assist Manager's with disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Produce monthly KPI's and provide management with reports
  • Building strong working relationships with managers and other stakeholders
  • Be the main point of contact for all absence management queries
  • Employee Engagement


The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Strong HR case management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Actively studying or qualified HR credentials CIPD Level 5
