Accountable recruitment are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join a market leading organisation based in South Liverpool.

Salary:
£19,000-£21,000 pro rata

Hours: Part-Time, working 20 hours across Mon-Fri (times to be discussed and agreed)

This role requires a motivated and adaptable individual with similar experience in a Health and safety/Administration role.

Duties include:

  • Tracking annual contract services and arranging visits as required
  • Acting as the first point of contact for any facilities related queries
  • Maintaining the aesthetics of the building, including painting, minor repairs, minor plumbing repairs and adjustments
  • Maintain yard condition, including bin compounds and storage areas
  • Responsible for grounds maintenance, including weeding and grass cutting
  • Window cleaning at ground level
  • Ordering PPE, workwear, stationery and office supplies and replenishment
  • Administering eyecare voucher scheme
  • Supporting desk set up for new employees
  • Responsible for arranging MOT and service of company van
  • Attendance at monthly H&S meeting - minute taking
  • Weekly cleaning supply replenishment
  • Issuing and collecting shop floor check sheets
  • Administering pest control arrangements and associated tasks with supplier
  • Coordinating site waste and recycling arrangements
