What You'll Be Doing

• Produce and analyse monthly management accounts for the group and subsidiaries.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and lead monthly budget review meetings.
• Support annual budget setting and ongoing budget management.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinating external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Drive value-for-money initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to long-term financial planning, including VAT and corporation tax planning.

What We're Looking For

• Part-qualified
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and business planning.
• Proven experience in a finance role within a large or complex organisation.
• Excellent IT literacy - advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
