We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Accountant to join a busy finance team within a well-established, high growth organisation. This role is ideal for someone with well rounded transactional experience who is looking to develop their skills further and add value to a busy and high performing finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier and customer invoices

• Cash allocation and posting payments

• Issuing and handling credit notes

• Assisting with UK & Ireland VAT returns

• Processing employee expenses

• Supporting month-end reconciliations and general finance tasks

About You:

• Experience in purchase ledger or sales ledger required

• Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills

• Confident communicator and team player

• AAT qualified or equivalent
