FP&A Analyst
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

We're working with a well-established organisation that is committed to making a positive impact in the local community. They are now looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team and play a key role in supporting the organisation's continued growth and success.

In this role, you'll provide financial insight and analysis to help drive strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
• Preparing regular financial reports and analysis for senior management
• Monitoring performance against budgets and identifying variances
• Providing insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Supporting financial modelling and scenario planning
• Working collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders to explain financial information clearly
