Package

  • Salary: £150,000 - £200,000 per annum

The Role

As Managing Director, you will have full responsibility for shaping and delivering the company's strategic vision while ensuring operational efficiency across all functions. You will lead a talented team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute medium- and long-term strategies to drive profitability and enhance business value.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of operations including supply chain, ecommerce, sales, marketing, customer service, product development, finance, and HR.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop the management team to achieve excellence at all levels.
  • Financial Management: Optimise financial performance, ensuring strong governance and cost control.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth through an omni-channel approach across the UK and European markets.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure legal, regulatory, and HR compliance while championing company values and employee engagement.

About You

  • Proven success as a Managing Director or CEO within an internationally focused SME.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

  • Deep understanding of European market dynamics and omni-channel distribution.
