Assistant Finance Business Partner - Hybrid
Location: Hybrid working with Liverpool office

We're looking for an enthusiastic and analytically minded Trainee Business Partner to join a friendly, collaborative finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting for a growing organisation while developing your skills and progressing your career in accountancy.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with preparing management accounts and reviewing monthly spend for key departments
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve performance and identify savings
• Support annual budget-setting and financial forecasting processes
• Work on ad-hoc financial projects, supplying accurate data and insight
• Monitor performance against projections and highlight any variances
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making

What we're looking for:

• Currently studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail with a keen analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
