What You'll Need to Succeed:

✅ Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
✅ 5+ years FP&A experience - strong analytical & forecasting skills

✅ Proactive mindset - problem-solving, influencing & driving change
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
