FP&A Analyst - Hybrid Working (Widnes Area)
Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established global business who are seeking to appoint an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded individual looking to develop their career within a commercially focused finance function. The role offers hybrid working and full study support for those pursuing AAT, CIMA or ACCA qualifications.
This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional at the early stages of their career, whether currently studying or looking to begin a professional qualification, who is keen to gain exposure to FP&A, commercial analysis and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:
- Maintain, analyse and report on sales, margin and commercial performance data.
- Investigate and resolve margin-related queries from stakeholders across the business.
- Prepare and post margin adjustments and associated journals.
- Produce balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end reporting activities.
- Perform regular compliance and control testing activities.
- Analyse operating costs, identify trends and provide commentary on key drivers.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and wider FP&A activities where required.
- Assist senior finance stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting and analytical projects.

- Interviews will be arranged as suitable applications are received.
Ideal Experience:
- Studying towards AAT, CIMA or ACCA, or looking to commence studies.
- Recent graduate or finance professional with strong analytical skills.
- Strong Excel skills are essential.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
