The Role

You'll take ownership of key financial processes and play a central part in delivering high‑quality management information. Expect a varied workload, strong cross‑functional engagement, and the chance to make a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monthly management accounts production and financial reporting

• Managing accrued revenue processes and revenue recognition

• Preparing payroll journals, accruals, and prepayments

• Maintaining robust balance sheet reconciliations

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles

• Conducting commercial reviews and delivering ad‑hoc financial analysis

• Investigating costs and revenue across individual contracts

What You'll Bring

This role suits someone analytical, commercially aware, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

You'll need:

• A professional accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA - essential)

• Experience as a Management Accountant, Assistant MA, Finance Business Partner, or similar

• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting

• Solid Excel capability and familiarity with financial systems

• The confidence to challenge, influence, and drive improvements
