With full ownership of the finance function on site, you'll have the autonomy to implement improvements, enhance controls, and build a best-in-class finance operation.
What You'll Be Doing
* Taking full ownership of the site finance function, leading from the front
* Delivering high-quality, insightful reporting that drives decision-making
* Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations and leadership
* Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
* Embedding strong financial controls and ensuring audit readiness

* Ensuring robust SOX compliance, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving audit readiness
* Driving cost control, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Managing and developing a high-performing finance team
* Influencing strategic decisions and supporting long-term growth
What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) - essential
* Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
* Strong SAP experience is key
* A confident leader who can influence at senior level
* Strong technical grounding combined with commercial insight
* Experience managing and developing finance teams

Working Pattern
* 4 days per week on site
* 1 day working from home
