As Management Accountant, you'll be right at the heart of the business - delivering insightful reporting, influencing commercial decisions, and helping drive continued success.

The Role

You'll deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support both operational and strategic objectives, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and analyse weekly P&L reports

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning

• Perform cost analysis, margin tracking, and performance reviews

• Provide commercial insight to guide strategic decisions

• Improve reporting tools, controls, and processes

• Collaborate with teams across operations and finance

What were looking for

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or part-qualified or solid QBE

• Experience in a similar Management Accounting role

• Strong Excel and financial systems capability

• Sharp commercial awareness and attention to detail

• A confident, proactive communicator who thrives in a busy environment
